Very Merry DIY Gifting Ideas + 2 Giveaways!

We’ve been busy testing some new DIY holiday gifting ideas, and have enjoyed reading the ideas from our friend, Kate Payne, of The Hip Girl’s Guide to Homemaking.     I think for this year I’m going to make different kinds of roasted nuts. Rosemary Cashews, Sweet Almonds and some sort of spiced mix. But I always have some homemade jelly for last minute gifts.

    I love to make soap and wrap it in burlap with pretty ribbon, then crochet or knit a beautiful washcloth, add a pretty wooden soap dish, and tie it all together with raffia!

    We use a multitude of Fillmore products. Customers LOVE the handled Mason jars while I love the Anchor Elite tumblers for their classic lines. Now that we carry Bath Salts, we give customers an alternative – bags or Muth Bottles – those are gorgeous for use in gift baskets!!! I am also venturing out into your scents!! I can’t wait to try out the Peach Preserves and your version of Merlot!!

    I’m making homemade vegetable noodle soup with vegetables grown in our garden, which I dehydrated as we harvested them, and home made noodles. They will look beautiful in Fillmore Container’s glass jars!
