The pickles! Maybe fermenting. Or dehydrating.

I’ve been thinking I should buy a new Blue Book-now that it’s been newly updated, I really need to act on that thought.

I’m interested in chutney recipes, too. We’ve made a fresh one for several years to top our Brie and last year I finally tried canning a different version-what a time/hassle saver! I’ll probably never make it fresh again when it’s so little extra effort to make a big batch when I have some time, then pull it off the shelf, ready to use even if I’ve been busy.

    Thanks for the chance!
