If you are new to preserving, or if you’d like to expand your preserving skills, the best way to do that is to take a class. Your local  Cooperative Extension office is a great place to start. You can search the Extension’s schedule of classes here.

In addition to the Cooperative Extension there are a variety of other canning education opportunities across the nation.

I am a Master Food Preserver in Las Vegas, NV. I am certified by the NV Cooperative Extension and the USDA. I teach classes in all phases of preserving.

How do I go about being listed on your web site to offer my classes to those here in Southern Nevada?
